A private Educational institution seeks a suitable principal, for a combined primary and high school, to manage the operations of the school. The principal is responsible for ensuring the school runs smoothly, remains safe, and provides an excellent learning environment for all students. The principal will also be responsible to manage all staff members and each teacher employed by a school. The suitable candidate must also have good business acumen and focus on the growth of the school and building a long-standing relationship with the community and its member, therefore marketing and branding will form part of the Principal’s job role.


–       Minimum Honours degree in Education

–       Relevant work experience (teaching and school management)

–       Sace registered

–       CAPS trained (Cambridge beneficial)

–       Sales Qualification

–       Multi lingual
